3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clear pathways and remove valuables.

  • Notify us of hazards (pets, fragile items, unsafe conditions).

  • Ensure property access at the scheduled time.

5. Liability

  • We are insured and take care of your property.

  • Not responsible for pre-existing damage or undisclosed fragile items.

  • Service may be refused in unsafe conditions.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
